Great hotel, we had a suite, so spacious

Hotel was comfortable and staff were always available. Pool area top notch. Kitchen was clean with all the things we needed. Bathroom also great. I’m not one to waste housekeeping time, so don’t expect them to come in every day- would have been good to get enough toilet roll to last the entire time. No complaints though. Parking got a little busy at night. Area seemed nice until the police incident right outside the hotel, my kids were almost caught up in it while walking across to the shops. This is not a complaint about the hotel, just want to be transparent in my review for others.

The property was clean and nicely kept. The hot tub did not work and it was one of the reasons we choose this location over others. The restaurant food was awful and we sent part of it back for a refund. The bartender who helped was very kind and understanding to our concerns. And the rest of the staff we encounter was very friendly and helpful as well. Very clean and nice property!
