ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS I am lucky enough to have travelled quite extensively and have stayed in some if the best hotels but I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where the customer service has been so good We were a party of 8 another member if the group picked this hotel based on the location, its proximity to transport links and the reviews from previous travellers When we arrived we were greeted with welcome drinks abs whilst we enjoyed our libations we were checked into our rooms and the service continued in this vein for 5 nights In the mornings when we would congregate in the lobby Florian and Tomas would attend to us and give us recommendations for the day, reservations and taxis It truly was like staying with family Will definitely stay here again if we return to Paris

Amazing location right in the heart of Le Marais – everything is within walking distance and it’s a perfect base for exploring Paris. That said, it feels slightly overrated for a 4-star hotel with a 4.8 Google rating. The interior is a little dated and could benefit from some refreshing. We also noticed that a few window locks didn’t close properly, which could use attention. Overall, a great location, but with room for improvement in maintenance and interiors.
