Really enjoy the bar! Very warm and comfortable, good food and drinks.
The only complaint is they did away with the music (Gregorian chant?) in the room and hallways. Always enjoyed it, very relaxing.

Great staff, great location. My main gripe is the room temperature - even with the air con temp turned right down off it was still too hot and stuffy - i hate air con at the best of times so we switched it off, didn’t make the room temp better though!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were great. The gentleman on reception, when we arrived, noticed that it was my birthday from my passport and was so kind making the stay special. We had dinner in the restaurant that night as we arrived quite late. The food and service were first class. The best birthday! We loved the hotel and Brussels.
