We only stayed one night but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. We could tell it was recently updated. The toilet did have difficulty flushing, the handle seemed very loose. But overall it seemed like a very nice place and we will be happy to stay again.

The room had a smell. The door handle broken and rusty. They did not clean. No one mention at check in you had to reserve cleaning . The garage looked nasty. Hard to teach front desk no one answers. The toilet did not flush. It was not a good stay. Hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. Not worth the price by no means

I enjoyed my stay. Just could use some upgrading with the rooms. And the tub needed to be declogged because it had a slow drine when I shower. And wish they had better selection for the little free juice bar. But the stay, location, staff was great.

I’ll start with the fact we found our room conveniently located oceanfront steps to the very clean boardwalk and ocean. Never been to Virginia Beach before so that impressed us. The room and entire property could have been updated but was clean. Cleaning staff was usually nearby for extra towels or anything we needed. Close by to several restaurants and resort type shopping. Only issue we really experienced was earlier reservations made (fully refundable) had to be changed to a shorter stay and the manager argued that we booked non-refundable. We were very lucky to have booked through Hotels.com who were able to help us obtain our money back.
