Very helpful staff in a good part of Silom Rd. We had an easy check in and they kept our bags for us after check out. There is a currency exchange machine in the hotel lobby which was helpful.. The breakfast spread was divine.

Best location, iconic hotel, most helpful staff and management. We were not given renaveted apartment we booked but we were given a presidential suite, which was excellent, though in dire need of some TLC. Once renovated, it will be hard to go past it. In summary, could not recommend it more. It has a friendly feel despite attempting exclusivity i.e. Levels 64 & 52.

This hotel has the most amazing views over the River and beyond, showcasing Bangkoks skyline unlike any other. The food is excellent and the service superb. Only downside is the poor standard of decoration and maintenance of the buildings facade, interior decoration is dated especially in the corridors between rooms. The dining areas are currently seeming to be under some kind of maintenance and improvement programme so hopefully the next time we choose to stay it will be better. Rating 10/10 for views and food, 10/10 for staff. But only 6/10 for decor. Honest but true!
