Pelo preço cobrado na diária eu não poderia esperar muito. Mas, o mais desagradável foi a falta de estacionamento. Fiz um check-in tardio, cheguei na madrugada e isto foi combinados com a administração. Quando cheguei fui informado pelo guarda da noite que não tinha vagas no estacionamento, e que deveria deixar o carro na rua ao lado que tinham guardas sei lá de onde que cuidavam. Eu com um carro alugado, novinho...putz...fiquei das 3 até 4 horas rodando pela redondeza tentando encontrar estacionamento que não havia e me colocando em risco e minha família, Até que resolvi deixar o carro na porta de entrada do hotel e dormir ali mesmo. Só então encontraram uma solução . Foi muito desagradável esta situação

Uma coisa é certa, não me hospedarei novamente, esperava que fosse simples mas não caindo aos pedaços, parede esfarelando, janela imunda e que não abre, troca de toalha a cada dois dias, frigobar com a parte externa enferrujada, perdi o número de baratas que matamos no quarto, duas trocas de roupa de cama em 9 dias de estadia, banhos gelados por falta de água. Ainda sim as arrumadeiras eram um amor de pessoa, mas o hotel precisa de reforma urgente.

As vezes faltava água, faltava água quente também. Faltava manutenção nos quartos. Pelo que eu observei faltava uma atenção em toda estrutura do hotel. Alguns funcionários pareciam não estar gostando de estar ali trabalhando e não tinham muita empatia com os hóspedes. Não tinha controle de entrada e saída então a qualquer momento entrava qualquer pessoa.
