A descarga não funcionava, ar condicionado também não resfriava, tivemos que trocar de quarto no segundo dia de estadia. Equipe de funcionários bem atenciosos. A recepcionista foi excelente, mais o quarto estava sujo ,senti a areia no pé assim que abrir a porta,o lençol estava sujo , acho que de maquiagem,pedi a recepção para alguém limpar,ao menos passar a vassoura,me informaram que não tinha ninguém no hotel para fazer esse serviço,fiz check in depois das 21 horas, mesmo assim,era pra ter alguém! Perguntei a recepcionista se eu mesma poderia varrer,ela disse se eu quisesse poderia sim ,ela até me ofereceu outro quarto, e aceitei ,o mesmo estava limpo ! O café da manhã foi bom ,tem uma boa variedade ! O hotel em si e bom , mais teve o episódio do primeiro quarto, que foi inaceitável!
