We love The Bell Tower Hotel. Great location for anything at UofM. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby feels like I’m visiting my well-coifed, classy grandmother’s home - complete with delicious fresh baked cookies. The hotel is neat, clean, and very quiet. Absolutely a gem in Ann Arbor!

Great stay. Price was far better than other places nearby. The room was small, but it was very clean, high quality, and quite cozy. Staff were very friendly and professional. Definitely a go-to hotel in Ann Arbor.

Nice people. Nice room. Management needs to invest in a new hot water heater though. First morning, 10 degrees outside, no hot water for the shower. Second morning, had to let shower run for 35 minutes before it got warm.

The hotel did not have any hot water. Showers were in the freezing cold water.
Fitness room was weak at best. It was in a glorified closest and the elliptical machine was missing the cord so would not even turn on.
