Staff were friendly. I expected much better quality from a Coast branded hotel. It was old. Smelled like harsh cleaner typical of a cheap hotel. Fine for a cheap hotel but I’ll probably book something better next time.

No Frills - Clean comfortable downtown location
The hotel appears to be converted from an apartment; I note that because my suite was just that, a one bedroom apartment. It was functional, clean and comfortable - all one can expect. The downtown location was within walking distance of just about everything in the downtown core, including the C-train which made it possible to get to the city outskirts easily, albeit not quickly.
