NEVER USE RED ROOF INN!!! Or Hotels.com
I was 45 minutes when I was called that my 80 year old mother was rushed to the hospital with a broken hip. I called the hotel and told them I would be back as soon as I had her dealt as I was there for business and will be coming in for several days a month. I was informed that they wouldn’t charge me for the room but that hotels.com MIGHT and that they have no control over hotels.com but they wouldn’t charge me. Well I call hotels.com and they said they had nothing to do with it and that they would reach out to Red Roof and call me back. Well I know this will shock you no one ever called me back AND guess who was charged. Very disappointed in BOTH companies. The lack of customer service and compassion these days is amazing. I hope someday they go through what I have AND that they get treated the same way.
