Stop right here, No point looking anywhere else
Start to finish, exceptional. Never had such good and attentive service genuinely anywhere on earth. Definately will return. Great friendly staff, can't say anything bad. Loved it, loved the room, the staff and the whole experience.

Noisy!
I had a phone call en route to say that we had been upgraded to a spacious room which I was obviously very pleased about! Unfortunately the room was quite a few staircases up with no lift and was located near the top of the building facing the very busy Duke Street. The noise was unbearable especially on the 2nd night with sirens, an alarm going off, bin men in the early hours collecting glass recycling, we didn’t get any sleep 😴 The room was very dark and needed lighting especially over the tea/coffee making area and mirror. The bathroom was small - a wet room and the floor and bath mat were soaked. The service and restaurant where we had our brunch were superb. We stayed in room 12.
