We had an amazing stay, we came from an awful experience and were overjoyed by the welcome we got. One small negative was the balcony door being broken and unable to lock, we did report it but it didn't have a negative outcome on our trip at all.

The property is located in one of the best parts of the town: close to all the restaurants and within walking distance from the Wawel castle. The parking option (with a small fee) was great and necessary. The staff of the property was excellent and helped us with literally everything. Finally, the room was very spacious and modern.

Great location
The apartment was very comfortable , on the 4th floor with a balcony . Great position for the old town . Just difficulty in checking in , no one was there and it is code entry . Bit frustrating after travelling all day . That is the only negative .

Highly recommended apartment.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment, nice sized bedrooms with a lovely modern shower room. Tiny but functional kitchen area with a full sized fridge freezer. Had a small balcony, not much of a view but nice to sit outside for breakfast. Smart lounge area with a settee and 2 large comfy armchairs. A large TV which had 1 English speaking station. Really good location, on the edge of the Old Town and 10 mins walk to the train station. Hotel arranged an airport transfer which was approx £22.

A fantastic place to stay
The staff on reception were very pleasant, they gave us some useful information and let us book in early which was a fantastic start to our stay, we arrived at our apartment and it exceeded our expectations, bottled water in the fridge and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, the room itself was even better than the pictures showed, it had plenty of shower gels and shampoo's, an iron a washing machine. It was a very modern apartment with a balcony, we had plenty of space for 4 adults. It's only a short walk to the main square and tram stop's, I'd certainly book again and recommend the apartments to family and friends.

Great stay with some minor negatives
Our stay at the Parkside apartments was great. The location was ideal, very close to the old town and most tourist attractions but still accessible by car, which is a rare thing in Krakow. Having on side parking was a bonus. The parking was expensive, but... Also, we would expect a much better quality of towels in an apartment of that price and caliber. They were very old and worn out. The kitchen equipment was a strict minimum in terms of quantity of cups, plates and cutlery.
