It was very quiet and very peaceful during my visit at this hotel! My room was clean and very comfortable! The foam mattress and pillows are awesome! the renovation done to the room shows that they really take pride in their hotel because it was nicely done.

Worst stay ever and I’m a Wyndham member
It was the worst experience of my life. I work long hours in healthcare and never get off when I’m supposed to. So I didn’t make it to our room until 9 the next morning. To my surprise upon checking in to be informed that since I was a no show on Friday the day before I was charged for the night for the discount rate that I was offered online and that my reservation was canceled. She then asked me if I wanted her to check to see if I could get a room today. I politely told her no thank you and to have a nice day. I called booking agency to find me another room that allows you to smoke and couldn’t find any and I had to book there. Went back into hotel gave her my phone she verified my confirmation. Gave me my keys and proceeded to charge my card 3 times after that without my permission. I have no idea why she would do that so I called this Hotel and they told me I should have went with my reservation. I asked what reservation the one the lady told me that got cancelled.? They won’t give me any of my money back only offered me 50% off of Friday night the cheapest charge made on my bank statement. Three separate charges made all on the same date. To make it so bad I own property with Wyndham so I called them and they told me that she spoke with the manager and he assured her that he would refund my money. I called back and he hit me with I can give you 50% off of the Fridays charge. HELP HELP
