Had a studio on 3rd floor. The helpful receptionist did ask if we wanted to swap it for a room as the annex didn’t have an elevator (which had been noted at the time of the booking) but we kept with the studio. All amenities including a washer. Quirky decor but totally acceptable. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location with vibrant neighborhood and good walking distance to many locations.

The Hotel is in a good area, easy to catch Uber and lots of places to eat nearby, you can see a good portion of the Eiffel tower from the street directly in front of the hotel. The room was decent size it accommodated our (2) large suitcases along the wall, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was amazing.

Hotel is very quiet for a good sleep night. Close to main attractions such as Eiffel Tower, Napoleon tomb, Sienna River, etc. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries around. Also, Metro station close by. Very clean. Rooms are small but this is normal in Paris. This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel and we recommend it.
