Checkin and the rooms are excellent in this hotel the only issue is with the food, too expensive for the simpler dishes, but they allowed us to order to Uber eats. very good location at city south and easy arrival make it a good choice.

Everything about this hotel stay was amazing! It has great amenities and is very family friendly. It is also walking distance to a nice mall for an added shopping experience! The staff has been amazing from day one and has been great help for guiding us on where to find some hidden gems in Mexican cuisine! I 100% recommend, especially for a family looking for a safe and kid friendly environment!

Location was convenient, all the staff was polite and helpful. I had a great room on the 14th floor, which was something that I didn't expect. The view from the room was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a bathtub which was a great surprise.
