Excellent location for Grand Place, 10 minutes walk from all attractions. Easy walk from Central station. Room was clean, tea and coffee a bonus. Luggage secured safely on our last day until late afternoon. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Brussels in the future.

The room and reception was spotless. We were told on check in we got an upgrade on our room for our anniversary but we didnt as requested the bathrobes and told you're in a standard room also not informed prior to check in that pool would not be open for the first two days of our stay. Very disappointing as this was a main reason we booked this hotel
