Hotel needs to be cleaned and updated hot water did not work very well. Air conditioning did not work and had to be moved to a different room. Service was unhelpful no pool no coffee no refreshments no breakfast but it was very quiet if you need a place to stay for one night it’s OK if you need a place to stay for a long while I would not recommend this

There’s a lot I love about this hotel. And the concierges were very nice. But there was absolutely no room service to the point where a person’s dirty towels and garbage were outside there door for 4 days!

Avoid this hotel. I booked through hotels.com based on their recommendation, but the room was dirty and not serviced. When I requested a new room, the thermostat was broken and it was uncomfortably hot. The pillows were flat, and the bed was poorly made. When I asked for a refund, the staff directed me to the general manager rather than helping me. This experience was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Been staying here on business for a few years. Always friendly staff, clean. Some minor things could be upgraded, a little worn. Business recently sold and despite some bumps at checking in, new staff is friendly. Hope they keep it up

Most of the staff was rude and not helpful. TVs were not working in room, and staff reluctantly came up 1st everning and finally got one TV working. The other in the sitting area was never resolved. There is not breakfast at the hotel and TVs are not flat screen as described. On last day at hotel, asked for the room to be serviced or at least to get clean towels. Neither was done, and when asked the hotel staff that evening for a set of towels they said the maids had left and he didn't have access to towels.

I’ve stayed at the Maron several times while in the area. It’s convenient, affordable, clean and comfortable. This time the bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower heads should be updated (very high & not adjustable). Overall, a decent hotel at a good price.
