Everything was clean and functional. There was a $55.00 fee for a pet that was not mentioned on the booking. Aside from that there was supposed to be hot breakfast available on Sunday morning (for a charge) but it was unavailable so a complimentary cold breakfast was offered. The Spa is open from 10am-6pm which did not work well with a 4pm check in and a 11 am checkout. We were unable to use it while there. It was a nice hotel and not too pricey but it was not a "blown off my feet and can't wait to come back" kind of place.

The staff was, for the most part, very nice and accomidating. Facilities like the Gym & indoor pool area looked very nice/fresh & clean/well appointed but the rooms are long overdue for full renovation. I paid $300 /night for their largest Suite & it was a bit dirty when I checked in, quite dated in general & completely lacking in appeal. This Suite, The Standard King Rooms (whiche I ultimately switched into,) and the Hotel as a whole have so much potential. With the right amount of financial commitment to do a full/complete renovation of the rooms, hallways, front desk & misc Common Areas, The property could be an absolutely Magnificent Property and if done right could really become a destination for those within a 150 /- radius. Anyway, in short, the Heritage is an OK property, with TONS of potential
