Declining standards

Spa & Gym were closed for repairs, clogged drains in bathroom. Declining standards evident throughout - damaged rugs, lightbulbs needed replacing, scuff marks on doors and walls. Good food and reasonably comfortable room but nothing exceptional.

The hotel is located within 4 minute walk to bus stops and to the city center. The breakfast and afternoon fika are great. The dinner is okay and there is plenty of salad and soup to keep hunger at bay. The room was clean. When checking in, the hotel staff informed us that the keycards were not working due to a system malfunction, but this issue was fixed the following Monday morning. The hotel lobby is a relaxing and welcoming place, and there is free coffee available throughout the day!

Fantastisk trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukost och middag ingår vilket är mycket uppskattat när man är på kurs i två veckor och inte har ork att gå ut och äta. Kommer att bo här nästa gång också när jag är i Linköping.

Ingen WOW-känsla men helt OK. Vi har bott på flera Home-Hotell och detta var tyvärr det sämsta av allihop. Personalen alldagligt trevlig. Mycket god frukost med stort utbud, allt ifrån gröt till pannkakor, minus för halvfabrikat-köttbullar. Middagen blev en besvikelse med halvfabrikat även här på färsbiffar o halvljumna klyftpotatis. Själva rummet var OK, men vi saknade uttag praktiskt placerade ex vid skrivbord/säng för att koka vatten och ladda telefonen. (Hittade ett bakom sängen och ett bakom radion vid skrivbordet och ett i brösthöjt mitt på väggen.) Fanns ingen handduk att lägga på golvet när man duschat. Hårda sängar och platta kuddar. Det som drar ner betyget rejält är att det inte är gästvänligt om man kommer med bil. Gick ej att förboka p-plats, hotellets garage var fullbokat, likaså deras p-platser utomhus. Runt omkring finns det gott om p-platser längs med gatorna MEN på dessa får man bara stå max 1h mellan 8-22 och då kostar det ändå skjortan. Vi lyckades hitta en p-plats en bit bort där vi fick stå 24h. Synd att Linköping EJ är gästvänligt om man kommer med bil, detta gör att vi kommer undvika denna stad framöver.

Helt ok boende, jättebra med både frukost, eftermiddagsfika och middag i boendepriset. Maten var god. Personalen i receptionen var trevliga. Vi kunde få vårat rum tidigare vilket var ett stort plus. Duschen tog en bra stund innan vi förstod hur man ändrade till duschmunstycket, helt obegripligt! Fläckig heltäckningsmatta på rummet. Barpersonalen hade kunnat vara lite trevligare.
