Give it a miss. For the money you can do better.
The hotel itself is fine. Room is clean, comfortable and staff are friendly. The price of the room and the way they try and suck money from you is why you should consider somewhere else. Parking for example. Hotel guest - you are still paying 20 pounds a day for the onsite car park.

You must stay here.
This is one of the best stays we have enjoyed in a hotel. Everything was amazing and we felt so relaxed. The staff are helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We had intended to eat out but ended up enjoying our meals in the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and well presented with attention to detail. The riverside walk into Oxford is a bonus. Thanks for a lovely special birthday treat.

We stayed here when visiting our Son, it was just what we needed after a busy day around Oxford. Lovely comfortable bed. We requested extra pillows for our daughter and they were delivered to our room whilst we were out. Good selection of food for breakfast and staff were very attentive.

Overall ok
The staff was friendly. They were generous with the snacks over the holidays. Amazing Christmas dinner. Our room was so far from the lift, and there’s only one lift that goes to that unit. But this was not a big deal. Our only complaint was the extra beds for our children were very uncomfortable. We had the suite and the beds were rolled in. One was broken so my daughter slept on the couch which she said was better than the mattress on the bed anyway. Overall an ok stay.

Curtailed stay the cheating in my premium room was blowing cold air only and would not go to heating.
