Hotel with a party
Check in was great, new mattresses but no bug protector. Behind the nightstand and TV was very dusty and the corners. The gym is 9am-10pm and right next to a room. The hours are to accommodate the guest in that room but it would have been really nice to exercise at 6am. The room behind us decided to have a party at 3am. Front desk was very friendly and told them several times to quiet down. Around 5 am they finally did. Breakfast was amazing. Waffles, biscuits and gravy eggs abd sausage. Overall the hotel is great. We would definitely give it a 2nd chance.

Great stay for Leavenworth Christmas lights.
Hotel looks to have been recently remodeled. For Wenatchee it is a decent hotel. The hot tub was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and provided a comfortable stay. It is much better than the Red Lion. The price was excellent. Well worth the stay. Walking distance to every thing in town.

We booked through hotels.com and no one told us there will be a $20 fee to checkin when we arrived less than an hour earlier. They had room availabile and we had two kids already tired from the trip. No other hotels we stayed did this to us. Towels are not clean with yellow stains on them. We ended up not taking any showers during our stay.

The mattress was old and saggy, bathroom could use and upgrade to higher toilet and safety bar in tub/shower. The fridge froze everything I put in it even on the bottom shelf. The breakfast was OK EXCEPT for the POWERED eggs. Would NOT recommend this lnn to anyone.

There was a problem with some of the rooms on the bottom floor. But the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to a different area. The hotel is older and in general needs updating. The area was perfect. It was easy to get to everywhere that I wanted to go.
