Hotel is a bit dated but kept reasonably clean. Dumbbells in fitness centre only go up to 30 lbs, but it’s decent in size with a few treadmills. Going business club level offers you drinks and snacks in the evening, which was perfect for me. Breakfast was decent with different hot food options each day.

This is the second time for us at the Galeria Plaza Reforma. The staff are great and very welcoming. Location wise, the hotel is close to the Angel of Independence. There are plenty of great spots to visit within a 30 minute walk and a short Uber/Taxi/Didi ride will get you to plenty of sites within a 15 minute drive.

Love this hotel and location. Everything you need is near by and for foreigners you will feel safe. The hotel is very nice with a beautiful roof top pool. Staff was available at the door to help with luggage and just the courtesy of a greeting makes it a pleasant stay .

The hotel’s biggest highlight is its amazing location. It’s within walking distance of many tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although the front desk team was not welcoming or friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms did not meet expectations. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the windows were dirty, and the carpet looked very old and worn. While some decor updates have been added, the building feels dated and could benefit from a renovation. Most importantly, the rooms need to be spotless. With better cleaning and some updates, this hotel could be much better. Ohh and do not take the taxis parked outside of the hotel , they are 3-4 times more expensive than a regular taxi or uber, that was pretty disappointing
