Lovely hotel right beside the train station. Short walk into town. Very comfortable bed would stay here again. If you like a bath request when booking I had a shower but others had beautiful roll top baths.

Hotel is beautiful Restaurant we eat in service was extremely slow some food came out cold and missing items Tiles on shower floor some were sunken so they moved when stepped on Beds wer too hard so didnt sleep well and woke up both mornings with aching hips back and shoulders

Beautiful hotel perfect location & wonderful stay
Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in the uk. Location was perfect 30 secs walk from train station and 10 min walk straight into city centre. We had the best views from our room straight out over the garden and city and the catherdral. Room was huge and comfortable. The whole hotel was glorious and staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was yummy I would definitely come back here again .

Fantastic York stay Christmas market 2024.
Fantastic hotel right in the city centre Very friendly staff and the hotel is amazing and very spacious I will be staying there again 100% Loads of parking spaces £20 for 24hrs Christmas market gets very crowded so you need to be prepared for this.
