Really poor checking-in experience when you get told “your standard room doesn’t have AC so it might get very warm but I can upgrade you to a premium for an extra £40”. What is it the 1920? Unprofessional. Also don’t forget to add an extra £25 a day for the car park. Disappointing. Won’t be staying here again.
