The kind attention to detail from the staff is outstanding. I think this is what truly makes the Peninsula a wonderful, wonderful stay and respite in a very busy city. Room ok but un modern, staff great, food very good both at breakfast and dinner, the location is good and secure.

Very well maintained rooms; we still like them even after 20 years of visiting the Peninsula. Staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. Food was great.
