It was a good stay. The staff wasnt bad. They were missing a few things in the room, like pots. But they did have pans, spoons, forks, plates, bowls, cups, etc. The room was pretty nice too. They even were fairly lenient when it came to checking out late. Overall, I would consider staying again.

TERRIBLE!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I never even got into my room. I am meeting with an attorney on Monday. The front desk person took her mask off to pose for a picture after she denied me my room. I arrived at 2:50 pm. The agent greets me over the intercom, through the glass saying..."what do you want". I say surprised. I am checking in? She says no rooms until 3 and walks away. I come back at 3:10pm. Pouring rain. She lets me in. Never ever greets me. Tells me ...tells me my name is --------. I say no that is my email. I had her my license and she says are you a man or a woman?? WTF? Strike 2. I am bald with a goatee and weigh about 240 lbs. She than proceeds to tell she needs a credit card for the deposit. I am starting to get upset at this point because she is waaaay rude. Total attitude. I ask how much, thinking she would say $50 which is the standard right? She says $0. They need to keep the card open and clear in case I smoke in the room? WTF??? I look at her and say "what??" She goes..."Whats your problem with the card"? Angry to me. I say your customer service is complete and utter shit. Where is the manager. She replies with. No manager. I say give me a card. She says no card. Then I say just give me the key so I can go in and dry off from the rain. She now refuses to let check me in because I swore. I say you are a real piece of work. She says..."look at the terrible customer I am talking to". They are refusing my room refund!

Room was okay not 100 percent clean. I thought there would be a coffee pot in the room but there wasnt. When i made the reservation online and called the hotel to confirm my stay i was not told that they would not be serving breakfast.

While the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and maybe a little too informative. For example, upon checking in, he said, “make sure you lock yours door.” We were like HUH!? Why!? He said “Nothing has happened in a while but better to be safe than sorry.” Needless to say, I was scared the whole time there and didn’t feel safe. Maybe we was being helpful but it started off our hotel experience on a bad note. Also, they don’t serve breakfast even though it says it comes with the hotel complimentary. And, there is no coffee on the room. Lastly there was a big, nasty stain on the couch. Just looked dirty...

The worst place to stay if you are in Charlotte. Front desk is so rude. They literally gave out a free stay right in front of me (a paying customer) upon my arrival. Dirty hotel rooms and the dishwasher provided doesn’t work. You can’t get bottled water. The vending machine is always empty. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they say cause of COVID they can’t serve it. Yet you still pay for that service. Beware they let dogs stay here and I was chased by one just a week after a dog attack. Do not stay here!!!!

It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I always travel with Lysol wipes and found myself wiping everything down. There were dishes left in the dishwasher and the paper towel and toilet paper hadn’t been replaced.
