"Depending on the time of day the staff was very helpful! When we checked in the lady was not super helpful. We have stayed many times and always been able to use the wristband for the waterpark as a key to our room also. When I asked at check in she said it wasn't possible (even with the sign right there next to her saying it was!) I was able to go down after shift change and the next lady was extremelly helpful and got it taken care of for us. When we walked in our room the tile was sticky and not clean. Makes one wonder how clean they got the rest of the room! This is a place we love to stay as we have dogs and it is pet friendly. We usually have great experiences while we are there! We will be staying again! I hope they work on making sure their rooms are cleaned well and work on the staff doing what they are supposed to!"

"The room was clean but visually looked rough. One bed didn’t have a dust ruffle and the other ruffle was tucked under the mattress in spots so hung funny. There were various scuffs on the walls. Everything appeared well worn. However, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was updated. The air conditioning unit was noisy but worked well. The breakfast was decent with limited hot options, but the breakfast employee did a good job ensuring there was plenty of everything. The desk clerks were kind and helpful."

"This was a great spot to meet friends, with convenient access to many nearby attractions. Two things are worth noting: 1. The large hotel has no elevator, so you must either carry your bags upstairs or walk a mile to your room. 2. The bar closes at 9 pm. While an early closing is understandable, it was disappointing for a group traveling together to spend evenings catching up."
