We were very delighted to see a very friendly receptionist Jonas at the check in and when we were leaving the hotel. He was very friendly and helpful at the check in process. Our bathroom was quiet outdated, therefore it would be great if that can be refurbished in the nearest future for the comfort of the guests, however room was clean. Great location for Tivoli and train station, just a few min walk.

It is located in a very central location close to the Central train station. The breakfast was very good. The room size was decent. There is a prostitution activity on the street after dark. Just be careful as those hookers get aggresive if you are walking on the street as a single man.

a very comfortable stay
the room was comfy and had all the necessities, along with some cute personalized welcome notes from the staff. i really care for the environment, so i like that the room wasn't unnecessarily cleaned when it didn't need to be, and that it was encouraged to re-use towels. (note: you CAN get a daily cleaning and more towels if you want, but i personally love this more sustainable approach.) the bed was really comfy and i slept well every night. my room was overlooking a courtyard and there was some noise, but nothing too bad. the staff were very kind and helpful. i had some trouble with my key card (most likely my own fault) and they were very understanding and helpful every time. the breakfast was awesome, definitely recommend! idk about vegan options, but at least for a vegetarian (and a slightly picky eater, lol) it was really good. i also enjoyed the general vibe of the hotel, the decor and plants were lovely. the location was PERFECT. only a block away from the central station. within a walking distance from several tourist attractions. would come again, for sure!
