Great location. Rooms are adequate and clean. Staff are busy and it’s not very personal, but the location is close to so many things that you would want to do. It’s easy enough to get around or rent one of their bikes overall, a great stay would recommend for travelers.

Basic hotel in great location, short walk to Tivoli and central station. A couple of things could have made our stay much better: you cannot reach the toilet roll from the toilet, horrible pillows, and would be nice to have usb charging near the bed. The bathroom tiles could do with a good scrub. Wilfreddo on the front desk was really helpful, and provided good information. I would stay again, but only for one or two nights.

A short walk from Copenhagen main rail station and the Tivoli gardens this hotel is tucked away from the main road, from which it's not easily spotted when arriving on foot. Reception staff are welcoming and efficient. The room (Commodore) was a good size but the two twin beds were rammed against the outer wall, so not ideal if an intimate stay was not intended. I was solo so not a problem. There is a small supermarket and cafe restaurant close by for essentials, if required. I slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was a nice experience.

A very basic hotel near the train station. Small room with a very compact, ferry boat-style bathroom, no air conditioning and a tiny balcony. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, which was fine as we checked in late at night and checked out early. Didn't interact with the staff much but they seemed friendly.

The room is small but sufficient. Unfortunately, the lighting in the room is atrocious. They bill it as being "sustainable - providing only enough light as is necessary" but I could barely see anything in the evening. The bathroom is postage stamp size and the shower is just a shower head that falls on the bathroom floor, with a circular curtain to pull around you and you have to squeegee the floor afterwards or you’re walking in water for hours. I'm a vegetarian so there wasn't much I could eat at breakfast, and the scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry both times I tried them. The staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. They have a wonderful lounge area on the main floor, so I didn’t spend a lot of time in my room. It's also well located - just a five-minute walk to the City Hall Square. But $200 USD per night, including breakfast, was overpriced.
