I’ll definitely stay again! Derrick went above and beyond for my family and I. He was very friendly and attentive! Stay here if you want a clean, family friendly experience!!

6/10 Good

The room was clean, but definitely dated and the overall property was old and worn out. This place is not somewhere I'd recommend at the rates I paid, but due to high demand because it was game day it was the only place left. Carpeting needed replacing in the room, and the bed was old and needed replacing. Overall would only stay if I had no other choice. Staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty with stains everywhere, the bathroom was a mess. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was minimal as the toaster did not heat up my waffle on six pass throughs

2/10 Poor

Every inch of the place was filthy. The carpet in the hallways was stained and smelled. The walls were cracked and poorly patched. The room was unreal. Not in a good way. The smell was a combination of stale alcohol, marijuana, and cigarettes. Only two of the lights worked, the bathroom floor had hair, dirt, and someone’s hair tie. The sink had slimy soap scum, the shower doors and floor I don’t think were ever cleaned. The glass sliding doors were cloudy with soap scum. The back of the toilet was loose and the toilet ran all night. The lampshades were splattered with assorted stains. The pillowcases and comforter had holes from what appeared to be cigarette burns. Unfortunately ,there was nowhere else in town to stay and my family member was in the hospital so I had no choice. Horrifying.

8/10 Very good

I did like my experience, the staff was friendly, they had a good breakfast. It's basically what you pay for, very affordable the rooms were clean, it was a nice little get away and a time to relax and I honestly liked that they had a good TV selection, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. They also had a balcony so it was convenient instead of having to go all the way to the lobby. I over all give it a 4 star rating, I don't have complaints.

The room was clean and the shower was great, however the property needs upgrades. The breakfast had bugs in the cereal, the vending machines were broken, pool opened @2 pm? But the staff was super nice. Homeless people would just come in and beg for stuff

Room was clean and stocked with towels and soaps. Staff was helpful during check-in. Looked like hallways were getting prepped for new paint. USB charger connectors worked in room. Vending machine was priced fair. No card reader issues on locks. Good value for price.

Nice quiet place to stay. Balconies in each room so you can step out to smoke without having to walk a mile.

4/10 Fair

We encountered Isaac, the manager, and found both him and the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, those were the only positive aspects of our stay. The property is in desperate need of renovation. The furniture and bedding were stained, the furniture had cigarette burn holes, there was food splatter on the walls, cobwebs in the room, and the floors had not been properly swept. Given the condition of the property, the rate we paid felt like blatant price gouging. Unfortunately, we were in town for a concert, and there were no other lodging options available, so we had no choice but to stay. Would not recommend.

Room was cleanish. Found stuff under the beds though. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No hot tub, looks like it was tiled over, and that was the whole reason we booked there. Pool also looked a bit sketchy. Plenty of parking close to the entrance.

You get what you pay for. It is an older place. I felt like I had clean sheets. It worked for me as a landing spot to sleep then I was gone during the day.

Helpful staff at front desk. Aware of potential smell at reception area but staff sprayed freshener. Pictures on website look newer than actual property, but generally clean and quiet still. Did not get to try their breakfast.

The property was very dingy, very smelly and dark in the hallways and our room. The room looked cleaned but not sanitized. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it. The front dedk people were friendly though.

The room was smaller than I anticipated. The television was on a light switch. Every time I turned on the TV it took about two minutes for it to cycle through trying to connect to the Internet. The room had a smell of cleaning supplies. The breakfast was minimal. I guess I was expecting something hot. I should have read the description at booking? However, the staff were incredibly friendly, outgoing and helpful. They made my stay memorable.
