Great stay at Park Inn Berlin! I had a wonderful experience at the Park Inn Berlin. The top-level room offered an awesome city view, especially the TV Tower, which was absolutely stunning. This hotel was amazing and extremely convenient, as it’s located in the heart of everything. There are many shops nearby, including department stores and shopping centres, as well as plenty of restaurants and fast-food options. If you visit during Christmas time, there are two Christmas markets—one directly outside the hotel and another just a five-minute walk away. The hotel also offers many amenities and activities, including a rooftop high swing, which I tried and absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

The hotel itself is good, and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. However, the restaurant deserves a negative star if that were possible. The breakfast was extremely limited (mostly just different types of ham), and the service was very unfriendly. Some of the servers were rude, which completely ruined the dining experience.
