One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was excellent—from the beautiful facilities to the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Poor service from staff. Chose this location for the hot tub, it was empty.

I had an pleasant accomodation to Klausnerhof hotel. Easy to reach by bus. All the staff was really professional and heart-warming and made me feel great! The room, the spa and the common areas were extra clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas! I would definetely travel there again!!!!

Fint ophold. Meget tysk orienteret.

Morgenmad buffeten, top i orden. Spaen afdelingen, 5/5.
