Beautiful place to stay in Vancouver.
This is a beautiful place to stay in Vancouver. It has nice quiet rooms. My room had a balcony which made it all that more comfortable. Beds are dressed in clean smooth sheets. Bathroom was spotless. Besides the old used hairdryer everthing sparkled. The hotel has a very pleasant smell about it. Evertime I walked in it was refreshing. The restaurant was outstanding in service, food, atmosphere and value. Gym and pool were well tended with many workout machines in good condition. The changing area was immaculate. Towels provided for the area were warmed for use. The area is close to all Vancouver has to offer. Staff was friendly and efficient. If i could move in I would. I do want to stay here everytime Im in this city. Very pleasant memories made here.

A Good Family Option
This was our second stay at the Pinnacle as a family. It has a great location close to downtown, the convention centre, and Coal Harbour. The hotel interior is a little dated but very well maintained. It looks like there are plans to update the interiors soon. We were conveniently located on the same floor as the pool and hot tub and enjoyed them. The on site restaurant is pretty pricey so we didn't eat there as a family. We did have some trouble when the toilet needed plunging and it took a couple of tries to get it serviced but beyond that we had no problems. The service representatives were professional and very polite and accommodating.

Not great, could be way better
For a hotels.com vip property I was a little disappointed. The staff upon checking in was neither friendly or rude, just did not seem to give you that extremely warm welcoming feeling. The room itself was old and outdated. The toilet was clogged. The location is great as it’s right across the street from the marina with plenty of walking and views to take in. If I am coming back to the area I would stay elsewhere. I’m glad I got the room cheap because that’s about all it was worth.
