Beautiful modern hotel with luxury finishes. Don't miss the lap pool and hot tub. I enjoyed watching myself in the mirrored ceiling over the pool. Lobby is on the 46th floor. Whoa! Highly sophisticated lighting controls in the room. Don't even have to select your floor when returning to your room; just swipe your room key and the elevator does the rest.

Location is really convenient as it is directly connected to Shenzhen University MTR station Line 13. Once I enter the L46 Lobby, I get impressed by the magnificent city scape. Check-in/out are quite smooth. The room is spacious, nicely designed, and clean. Swimming pool at L48 is quite nice. There are only two lanes; however, only one or two swimmers are there usually. It would have been perfect if they provide a swimming suit spinner. Breakfast is not expensive; however, the quality is just ok compared to other brands. Overall CP value is quite high and would love to come back again.

The room and facilities are great, we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi, the breakfast buffet was nice too, their Chinese restaurant also got a good menu, the hotel is surrounded by IT and network company offices, facing SZ University, very dark and quiet in the evening, subway entry at the basement makes transport more convenient.

I really like the spread of Breakfast. It includes three live stations, besides the usual choices of breakfast 1. All facilities was good, but the staff was not helpful at all. We have another booking with birthday celebration. But we were assign to different floor, after on next day, they assign us to a extra broken table place for birthday breakfast. The fruit plate need to peeling on our own.... there are no fork, spoon or knife for help. We think this hotel seems not welcoming family travel. They seems prearrange those foreigner with better sit arrangement.

今次入住的目的為結婚週年紀念，入住前已通知酒店望作簡單佈置安排，但入住當日職員沒有提及，也沒有任何安排，有點失望。地鐵出來是大廈地面，但剛好在做工程，不單沒圍欄，門口保安也沒欄著客人，感覺非常不安全。另外一個辦法是扶手電梯去計程車專用大堂進出，可能是地理位置的問題，整體感覺總是不太好。另外上checkin大堂在46樓，安排了41樓房間，所以每次進出必須由41樓先上46樓，再轉電梯由46下到3梯，再扶手電梯去地鐵站，頭暈了。房間好整潔，可以說是以磨砂趟門分格開床的部分，及淋浴，馬桶，浴缸，衣櫃部分，所以入住必須是親密的伴侶，不然也會看到磨砂門另一邊的影子。早餐非常豐富，中式西式湯麵生果也有齊。
