Ideal location making it very easy to walk to different places: Grand Place, Manneken Pis fountain and streets with bars and restaurants. We also walked to the Parlementarium which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is also near the underground station to the Atomium and Mini Europe. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. They have Rituals shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and a small but brand new gym. I recommend this hotel 100%

Helpful staff. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was a surprise. Easy pickup from uber to airport in the morning. But it’s also steps away from Brussels central train station. Room had a bath tub and a big bed. Felt luxurious !

The hotel’s location was great. The rooms were quite clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was truly excellent. Overall, it definitely deserves praise for its service quality. However, during our stay, the elevators broke down twice. As a result, guests had to carry their strollers and suitcases up the stairs. Apart from that, we were satisfied with our stay.

Novotel is a professional hotel chain offering good modern service. This location was excellent with many tourist sites within a 5-10 minute walk (Grand Place, Royal Galleries, Mannekin Pis, Central Station, Royal Place). We went on a walking tour of central Brussels and realized they took us on a circular tour around this hotel!

This was such a wonderful hotel! The location was fantastic (10-15 mins for quite literally any and everything in the main area). The room was comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, 8&10). The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. My daughter lost a wiggly tooth and they helped me coordinate a little treat and note from “the Belgium tooth fairy” which was just precious and absolutely made a core memory for her trip. They had little bears and cards for the kids and foosball that entertained the kids while the adults enjoyed delicious beers. On our way out, the staff gave us exact direction to catch our train to Amsterdam which we greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, we will stay here again for our next trip to Brussels.

The staff was very nice! Excellent location right next to the train station. Only complaint is our room could have used significant updates - carpet needs replacing, new paint is needed. Rooms were sparse/medicore. But it was still clean.
