Very clean and comfortable rooms that felt luxurious. Conveniently located a few blocks from subway and bus stop, yet felt safe and quiet. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants and stores nearby. Also enjoyed a lovely dinner one night at the hotel that exceeded our expectations . Another perk was a five minute walk to the palace gardens to enjoy evening walks. Overall a very pleasant stay that I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location is great! Just across the street from an entrance to the gardens of Schönbrunn Palace. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were overall clean and comfortable. Could use a refresher on wall paint. My only frustration was with checking in. We arrived in the morning from the US. They fortunately allowed us to leave our luggage but, would absolutely not consider checking in until 3 pm. When we got back to check in we waited at least 40 minutes and then informed that our room was not ready. Made for a very long day. They did give us another room after complaining about having to wait longer. Seems like starting the check in process for early arrivers would reduce the wait time for 3 pm check in. I would have paid extra. There had to have been rooms ready before 3.
