Very nice hotel in a great neighbourhood, Hietzing near Schonnbrunn and lovely historic grounds. Although not in the centre of town, easy and convenient to reach via U bahn Line 4. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Room cleaning could be improved as night table counters were not wiped down. Overall would recommend it.

Very clean and comfortable rooms that felt luxurious. Conveniently located a few blocks from subway and bus stop, yet felt safe and quiet. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants and stores nearby. Also enjoyed a lovely dinner one night at the hotel that exceeded our expectations . Another perk was a five minute walk to the palace gardens to enjoy evening walks. Overall a very pleasant stay that I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very nice and has been updated fairly recently. The staff were very rude and didn’t speak good English at all even though most people in Vienna speak great English. The location is nice because it’s a little out of town so it’s not so loud and crowded. It’s right by the metro and about a 15 minute straight shot to the main area of Vienna.

A very pleasant overnight stay in a lovely area of Vienna. We were in the less grand part of the hotel, but it was very comfortable nonetheless with a nice garden and view of the church. Bit of a shame that Netflix wasn’t working on the TV, but a minor point really. Beds particularly comfortable and plenty of local cafes and bars to enjoy — as well as the park and palace of course! Would recommend.

The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is excellent; close to the metro and trams. The staff were friendly and helpful in giving us directions and advice. The restaurant attached is lovely and the food is delicious. The neighborhood offers shopping and great dining. The Schonbrunn palace is just one stop away on the metro and well worth the visit, along with Beethoven's home and the oldest Viennese restaurant. The zoo is across the street with incredible gardens and fountains. We loved our stay. Vienna is magical.

Check in was not smooth, arrived early and couldn’t get the room till after 3, the A/C is terrible, only fan Bit far from the center, 7 stops by metro, walking to great Schonbrunn palace. We only stayed one night unfortunately, as we were on a time limited, family visit. We would have loved to be able to stay longer and would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable room, with everything we needed. Exceedingly good sleep in a perfect bed with good quality bed linen. Reception staff and bar staff were all excellent - welcoming, friendly and efficient. The grandeur of this hotel is very special, with many stunningly beautiful crystal chandeliers. Breakfast served in a large spacious room, with more than enough choice for everyone, presented well in a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Austria for your hospitality - great start to our trip! 💕
