This is an older motel type establishment and for the price it was great. In an awesome area but was way cheaper and was clean. Only stayed there for a night, and we did not spend a lot of time in our room.

Dated hotel but good for a one night stay. Great location near the River Walk. Parking costs extra, but reasonable based on other parking options. All king rooms are upstairs so if stairs are a concern, go for a queen room.

The Manager and staff were amazingly helpful and pleasant. The outside of the hotel was dirty looked run down, room was ok, nothing special. $25.00 for parking is ridiculous. We stayed at a comparable hotel in Cocoa beach hotel for the same amount, hotel was very nice, and parking was $5.00. Doubt we use this establishment again.

We got what we paid for & that is all we needed.It appears to be an older property but the room was spotless, it is centrally located to walk everywhere & the best part was the staff, what a great group of ladies. Parking onsite was an affordable $20. For an overnight trip, it seemed ridiculous to pay more than double the price at the hotel across the street & I am glad we didn’t.
