This place did not disappoint and would say the biggest plus is to the staff. Not happy about the parking fees were not advertised up front. Room was comfortable and clean, so did not judge from the outside which was rather dirty. Breakfast was actually better than expected. Place was mostly quiet and slept well as it is secure.

Amanda at check-in was wonderful and very helpful. The location is outstanding for the Riverwalk area. And the pricing was reasonable. The condition of the buildings, however, are less than desired. A lot of painting and upkeep on the exterior needs to be done. A nice place to stay if you’re looking for basic overnight accommodation.

We didn't get breakfast, but our room was clean. It is on the small side and they look like they're remodeling, which is good because room dose need an upgrade, But it's a good value for where you're at, because your steps away from shops and restaurants and you couldn't get any better than that. The staff was nice and friendly. Will help you with anything you need.
