The some of the hotel rooms where being renovated. they had most of the parking spaces felled with carpets and machinery. I had to pay for parking that was terrible. And the Air conditioning did not cool the room. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, walls needed to be painted, furniture chipped, wall light barely hanging on wall, carpet dusty. However, the staff was cheerful and helpful during an unforeseen situation. Manager was a reflection of her staff and made our check-out positive! They are renovating which is much needed.

This was a very good stay. Considering Quality Inn is a budget hotel, I definitely got more than I paid for. While a bit dated, the room was comfortable and clean. My microwave didn't work, and was replaced within 20 minutes of my visit to the front desk. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave me tips and ideas about what to see, and what to do in Savannah. The breakfast was much better than I expected, although the pancake machine didn't work well. All in all, the was a very positive stay, a fantastic location, and much bang for my buck!

Very clean hotel/motel. Rooms had shampoo etc if you forgot yours,as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast had hot pancakes,bagels,muffins,cereal,yogurt, coffee and juice. Parking is $30 per day and well worth it since you can walk to almost anywhere.

Parking is a pain in Savannah. This place has surface parking and I like it better than garages. Hotel is just fine, it is clean and rooms are good too. I have stayed here many times while visiting Savannah. Cannot say enough good things about the staff there. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful. One lady in the office even brought me a plate of homemade chicken. You cannot beat that kind of friendliness!!!
