優點：地點非常好，就在KK ONE的樓上；附近有下沙地鐵站；房價低廉。 缺點：打掃衛生需要加強，入住當天發現浴室有女性內褲、抹布掛浴室門上！枕頭套是髒的而且有異味！ 因為要住三個晚上，所以我們買了清潔用品徹底打掃一遍，並買了一次性的寢具四件套換上，並要求不要再進來打掃，隔天外出回來還是又進來打掃了，並留下髒抹布在洗臉台上！真的非常傻眼，我們必須再自己重新打掃一次！並強烈要求第三天不要再進來打掃了＇第三天外出回來，沒有想到竟然又進來打掃了！我們還得自己再重新打掃一次！溝通完全無效！
