Plenty of shopping and food/bars well within walking distance. However, don't plan on taking leftovers back with you, as there is no mini fridge in the room. Overall, the room was clean. I didn't have any issues with the a/c or the TV (though others in my party did). We all noted that the water pressure and temp were a little less than ideal but that could be a locale thing, as I haven't stayed anywhere else in PR thus far.

My first comments of the hotel were good seeing it was my very first day here and I hadn’t even slept here yet. The staff is very friendly and professional. One major issue was the smell in my room. There was obviously a leak from the air conditioner so there was a nasty smell in the carpet. When I would be out of my room for a couple of hours and come back, the smell was awful!!!! However I didn’t complain. I’m a very simple person and I do not like to complain. I didn’t like the fact that there isn’t a phone to call down to front desk. There are plenty of places for drinks, food, and also souvenir shops close by.

The format of this hotel is like some sort of bar with a bunch of loud video arcades, a small coffee shop and a sushi joint. The rooms are updtairs on the second floor. They also have a bar outside with a DJ playing music (it was a Saturday night).The rooms are very small, the bathroom was small and kind of awkward to use the toilet and shower. Pretty much good enough just to sleep. Theres street parking or they can give you a ticket so you can park at the Melia Hotel. There's a few bars near the hotel and some restaurants, it's located right in front of the. Ity plaza and the historic firefighter station.
