Was tidy and large enough for us, very convenient location for public transport and local restaurants. I was grateful that they took a booking last minute, but was taken by surprise when they asked for a 10000 yen cash deposit on arrival as this was not made clear to us when booking, so none of us had cash and I had to give them my passport instead.

This place is not a regular hotel setup. It’s more like a small Japanese apartment situation. Small clean room in a quiet little side street neighborhood. Tons of restaurants and entertainment 1block away. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a hard time looking for front desk and taxi couldn't enter alley way to hotel. It was a convenient area to catch trains. It is not suitable for kids and families except for overnight stay to transit. We stayed 5 nights and didn't get a room service after 4th day.

The service was very nice but we had to walk around the block to get our key before walking back to the actual hotel, which has no front desk. The location of this hotel is pretty good, and that is the olny good thing I can say about this place. You have to check in and then walk a around the building to get to your rooms. The path to your room is like a garbage dump. The AC in our room wasn't working. We had to talk to the clerk multiple times before they are willing to check the AC for us.
