When checking in you are advised you can park in a post lit or garage overnight for 28 dollars. Not a fan of that. The bed was stiffer as well and the shower water pressure was eh.

Over stay for Norton's Hospital
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good for being free. PS: they have a welcome concierge on Wednesdays, served cheese, nuts/pretzels, beer, wine, soup. Pool table and computers in the in the lobby free to use, pool that was stated as heated (was pretty cool), workout gym which was nice but had no heat in the room (8 degrees outside so it was cold.

The front desk employee and security guard on duty on December 6, 2024 at ~3AM were phenomenal! They were so accommodating to our group, had great conversations with us, and truly made a wonderful relationship with our group. We appreciated their insights and information for the city!

Pleasantly surprised
We have not stayed at the Homewood Suites before. We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The lobby is beautiful and our room was so well appointed! Breakfast was really good everything you could want. We’ll look for this hotel on future trips

The staff is AMAZING. Very helpful. The property was lacking: the television did NOT function (channel guide was non functional), I looked but couldn't find the bar and the pool did not look clean. The location was cool, but the advertising was misleading. It is not ON Whisky Row, it is a "Whiskey Row" hotel.
