The view is out of this world! Amazing view of the volcano and it was the most peaceful and serene surroundings. There's nothing like sitting in a hot tub looking at a volcano. We loved the access to all the amenities of the Los Lagos resort too! We were so sad to leave, it did not disappoint. There wasn't anything we disliked, only wish we had booked 2 bedrooms because we are a family of 4.

Perhaps it’s just our taste, but the exquisite view overlooking the village and at the foot of the volcano or breathtaking. The serenity on that mountain is unequaled. The property looks just like it's pictured. It's an amazing view. It's nice to have access to the hotel below, but it's not really walkable. It is if you want a cardio workout, the steep climb is tough even when you're in shape. I did it once and it was a hard climb/walk. So much to do in the area and even though we were there in the rainy season we were prepared and didn't let the rain stop us.

Excellent villa and location

It's hard to imagine a better location, view, and property. Simply amazing. I travel a lot for both pleasure and business. This is one of the best places I've stayed. Santiago greeted us at the Hotel Lago entrance and we followed him by car to the villa. Be aware that it's better to have your own vehicle since the walk from the hotel to the villa is quite long and not suitable for pedestrians. Overall, this villa made our Arenal experience muy Bien!
