Things to note if you are renting out this apartment:
Good points
- Well communicated
- Heating is on most of the time, works automatically
- Full apartment to ourselves
- The guy who did the check in was very nice and professional
- They offered to help us find accommodation if our flight ended up being canceled
- Had towels, soap, kitchen paper, fridge, plates, glasses
- Bathroom in good condition/warm water
- Some storage space
- best thing was the cafe downstairs - lovely breakfasts and staff!
Negative points
- The neighbourhood isn’t the best - lots of noise at night, some weird people etc but they mind their own business for the most part
- The heating makes very loud noises, it wakes you up at night
- One of the beds is tilted on one side because both rooms’ floors are tilted/crooked, and both have a very hard mattress
- check in is only from 3 to 5 and if you check in from 5-7 you have to pay a fee. Also not possible to cancel and get a refund, even if reasons are out of your control, as per their policy. This can be an inconvenience, so take it into account when booking it
- no natural light in the living room and one of the bedrooms
