Stayed here for the Bourbon and Beyond Festival at the Expo Center. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. So great that they had a shuttle to the festival gate. Cleaning staff came by even when we were late getting out of the room. Loved that they kept the bar/restaurant open late every night for when folks returned hungry from the show. Great stay!!!

the pillows were amazing, but the beds were very, very "firm". The rooms were clean and well decorated-as was the whole hotel. The only downside, was the surrounding area-huge unused parking lot for an old event type center behind it, rundown businesses down the street between the older part of town and the hotel. However, I would stay there again as the hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were all friendly and extremely helpful! The restaurant staff and food were great as well.

Had to make a few trips with luggage to the room after check-in due to only 2 hotel luggage carts, neither of which was available when I checked in. Check-in and Check-out were smooth and the restaurant staff were very accommodating when ordering for my son who has several food allergies. Everyone was friendly.
