"This was our second stay at this hotel because we love the location, cleanliness, and comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area, and the bathrooms are clean with good toiletries. We really enjoy the many options available at breakfast and know there will be something for everyone to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is parking is expensive, but that seems to be the case at all Chicago hotels. Thankfully, it is easy to access public transportation from this location as the Red Line is a 5 minute walk, and there are bus stops nearby. "
