I choose the hotel on the pictures and location, when I arrived the location was correct. The hotel was nothing like its pictures, I had to check in at a make shift drinking bar. I was then told of unexpected costs, was then shown the room which had all sort of stains on every wall. The door had a faulty lock on it, the bathroom / shower area was disgusting shower hanging. I could continue but really can not be bothered. I have booked quite a few times with you, this is the first time any thing like this has happened. So I found another hotel for the rest of my holiday, It will not stop me booking with you it is one of those things that happen in life

ホテルは通り沿いだが見つけにくく、タクシーの運転手も周辺の人に聞いていた。 ビーチやバングラー通りまでは歩いて5分。 トイレの不具合も直してくれた。 エレベーターもあり、問題なし。

This is a small hotel with a wonderful staff!

I love this hotel! Ive stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels on my 30 day vacation to Thailand, but the staff is what makes this place feel like home. The rooms are charming and could use an upgrade, however I very much enjoyed my stay here for 2 weeks. Peter M. San Francisco, CA USA
