Stay i this property is a headache. The check in was a nightmare, theres nonone to talk in the office (regardless of the day or hour) keys must be collected from a security box in another location but I never received the code to open the safety box the phone provided doesn’t work and the didn't get any reply by email either. After 1 hour with wotif costumer service neither them or I could contact anyone in charge of the property, my little one was asleep in the car and I was asked to move multiple times from the "loading zone" stipulated by the as parking spot for key collection, the only way I could get my keys was because someone else was collecting theirs and opened the security box and I beg them to let me grab my set, I show them almost crying how long I was trying to contact the property regarding my problem and finally they let me get my keys, the return was a nightmare too and again I only was able to drop off the keys in the security box because someone else was opening the safe.
The apartment was dirty when we arrived, the beds broken with pieces hanging off the base support and the springs sticking out of the mattresses, the showers and toilet seats in very bad condition too, thick dust and stains in various surfaces and again no one to talk to apart from the wotif customer service but they can't do anything because. The parking is so small that we couldn't get out of the car through the doors we had to use the booth for it.
