We had a great stay at Bova Luxury Rooms, the room was exactly as described on the pictures and description. Everything was super clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location was great for exploring both Lapad and the old town, only 15 minute walk to Lapad and 15 minutes or so on the bus into old town. Sanja, the host, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was a great surprise! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was 10/10! Room was spacious, clean, well equipped and absolutely beautiful! Warm water with a good pressure from the shower. Amazing location with gorgeous views! Shops and restaurants nearby, plus bus stops.

The room was comfortable, cozy, clean, great air conditioning, bathroom and room were clean and modern. Great location, right across the Marina. The apartahotel is within walking distance from Lapad Beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The owners are lovely people and very accommodating. No issues communicating with the owners and easy check-in.

Although the room was on the small size, it was spotlessly clean and had good air conditioning. The location was excellent, albeit that it was a little bit difficult to spot the name from the road - so maybe a name plate a bit higher up the wall would help!

it was a delightful stay at Bova luxury rooms from start to finish , are rooms were spotless, the pool was excellent , there are plenty of restaurants on your door step and all are excellent , its a small bus journey to the old town and a small walk to beach location, would recommend this place for a holiday location and would not hesitate to go back

It was a great stay! It was easy to check in with the instructions given, the room was well equipped and close to amenities. The pool isn't in the actual building and that could have been clearer, it was two doors down, but it was a great pool, very relaxing. We loved the view we had! It was also well maintained, linens were refreshed daily, cups and drinks updated which we appreciated a lot. There were regular buses to old town and many beaches too just a few metres away. I would recommend it to others!

Pristine apartment with high end fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable bed. Sanja is very friendly and was quick with her communication. You can get a €3 return bus ticket to Pile, Dubrovnik from the Tisak kiosk just 2 mins walk up the road- bus stops near Bobis bakery. Sunset beach is very pretty with lots of bars/restaurants a 20 min walk away. Enjoyable watching the boats in the Marina across the road - takeaway pizza from Il Vento. Highly recommend!

Had a one night stay before transferring to one of the islands. We chose this place as it is a 15 walk to the port and it worked perfectly. The room was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Our flight was delayed but reception kindly sent us the door code and left a room key for us so our late arrival wasn’t an issue. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautifully decorated, good sized rooms and bathrooms. Great service too. Unfortunately there is no soundproofing between rooms so we heard everything from our neighbours upstairs, every step, when they used the toilet etc and one night they got in at 2.30am so wouldn’t say we had the best nights sleep!

Pros- rooms are very spacious and modern with a kettle and mini fridge, Pool is great, owner is lovely. Cons- roadworks ongoing outside property so difficult to access property and it is very unsightly outside for the entire length of the seafront. It was very loud in the mornings with the roadworks and noise travels within the whole building. I think this will be ongoing for a long time as there was a huge amount of rubble and machines etc. Overall I would definitely reccomend this property! One of the nicest places I have stayed.
