Scam
The hotel confirmed my booking, charged me for the room, and then messaged me while we were on our way to tell me they had no rooms and that I need to cancel my reservation. The reservation was non-refundable and if I pushed cancel, I would not get my money back. The concierge said they would contact hotels.com to sort out the matter. One day later, the concierge had not contacted hotels.com as promised, and I was still charged and my payment processed as if I checked in; hotels.com said it had no information on this as the staff did not want to speak English with them This is a poor hotel with poor service and should be avoided at all costs.
