Very nice hotel with many nice features in the rooms. The shower was fantastic! The night of our stay there was a large party downstairs and the hotel was rather noisy, but I don't believe this is the norm.

No maid service. I was told I had to ask for it. Ask for it? Are you kidding me? It’s a hotel! For the price I paid there should be no question if I want maid service- it should be a given. I feel I’m owed compensation for the hotel not providing me this service. Also my friend must have left a shirt she purchased in the room. The hotel can’t find it. I think they didn’t make an effort to help. If it’s not in her bag it is still at the hotel. Neither of us live far away- we could go by and pick it up.

Our room's aircon too hot that it cant make the room cold. The hallway is cooler than our room. Went to the point that they need to provide 2 electric fan just to help for the room to cool down. Room Temp ranged 78-80'F our whole stay. We're a family of 4 with 2 kids. Kids werent able to sleep.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. I didn't get there until around 12:30 am, so I was pretty tired and ready to sleep. The bed was SO uncomfortable. The mattress was very broken down, and I essentially slept in a hole.
